Thin SSHD Error Flash LED 9C1C - No clumps available - cannot get new active clump

Seagate Laptop Thin sshd.
Model: ST500LM000
FW: DEMC.

The Hard Drive does not spin. Terminal shows following details.

ERROR: Flash LED 9C1C - No clumps available - cannot get new active clump

I have tried using this blog. https://blog.acelaboratory.com/pc-3000- ... -work.html

After patching the rom. It gives following error. Can not access the terminal.

After using donor pcb and patient rom.
