Hi,

I have allready 2 hitachi HDS721 series disks waiting here ... Both (160G, 320G) are just clicking at startup. As PC3000 does not support those disks, what would you do with them ?

Instant 'clicking' on power up often can signify some level of mechanical damage. Even with support for this series, PC3000 can only ever 'assist' you, you still need to make the right diagnosis based on its symptoms.

Alternatively, there are other DR companies who can already handle these so you could outsource it
