these days I am involved with a samsung drive , the problem is mostly like WDC drives when they face Module 32 problem , I mean the hard drive becomes ready , get in Samsung window , but when I click on anything it goes to busy . for example I started to create a back up of modules , it went to busy , I turned it off / on I could back up 3 of modules and then busy state , turned off/on and backed up 3 more modules ,etc.
this is also a part of terminal messages

Hello,
Go to Utility status window (next button after power-on/off button) then open "Reading parameters" and move scroll to left side (set 3 or 4 read retry value).
Click OK and try to read SA modules, user area.
Note: this value is set in RAM and after re-power returns back to default.
